I was told that I would receive a phone call before my order was delivered. My order was missing and the balloon. I paid ninety eight dollars for a small tray of prepared fruit and a miniature teddy bear. I place three calls to the Austell store with no answer or return phone call.

Bought an Under $50 ( $49.99)platter for baby's 18th BDay and I can't lie I was very disappointed. This was a very special thing for her and me and I thought I would go a diff route. The fruit was pretty fresh (why I gave 2 stars) but nothing like what the picture shows for that amount of money. This was my first time ever ordering from this company and safe to say I'll never order again. Just buy the things yourself to be honest.

My daughter received a bouquet of flowers delivered at 11:45am on January 4th of her birthday. When she got up in the morning of next day, just overnight, two of the three roses of the bouquet had bowed their heads i.e. being withering. Actually when she received it on January 4th a few petals of the chrysanthemums had fallen off. It showed that the flowers were not fresh.

I order and paid for a delivery arrangement o 2/13 to be delivered on 2/14. After continually tracking my order it was never created nor delivered. I called the store multiple times, sent an email, and left voice messages. No on reached out to me regarding my order. I finally was able to reach someone on 2/15. The associate acted as if she could not find my order first. There was no explanation as to why my order was not delivered, why was it hard to find, and the whole experience was so unprofessional. I will not waste my money with this location again!

5/5 After dealing with a small flower shop in the area who canceled on me after 5 hours of no updates/contact on Valentine’s Day!!! I was able to place an order with Edible on Austell as well as get it picked up in less than an hour same day! Definitely doing business with this shop in austell from now on as well as recommending people I know!

The cheesecake bites and chocolate dipped fruit was delicious and a perfect amount for my son’s last minute 14th birthday celebration!
