So I was a good bit behind on my payments and couldn’t afford the amount but Jacob and Latondra (hope I didn’t butcher that) helped me out and got me a payment I could afford while keeping my unit safe . It’s hard out here in this society so it’s really beautiful that people like them try their best to make shit shake . So grateful .!!

Cool staff, but the building is old & needs remodel. It doesn’t smell good every time I go, insects stay on my stuff & I had water damage on my expensive stuff now I have to file a claim. The crazy part is they moved me to the 3rd floor which is more inconvenient & said if I want to change locations I have to pay a $29 admin fee even though my items got damaged it she be waived since I want to leave due to my stuff getting ruined from being there. This place needs a remodel so bad it looks old & the floors need to be redone they are cracked & stripped everywhere, the doors move slow, & water comes out the wall.

The person that helped us with Jacob. Jacob was very friendly and informative and didn't have us guessing on what we needed to do. This is the type of service that I expect whenever I go anywhere. Especially a storage facility that I normally don't go to. It's nice to have someone who can give us instructions and options and explain the options. If you're going to go to any storage facility in town I suggest this one and look for Jacob. He's going to lay everything out in front of you and not have you guessing on what you can do.

I spoke with a very knowledgeable Agent. Jacob about my unit. He was very professional. And he made me aware of certain protocols that other agents did not. He explain it to me clearly and he was more informative than any other agent.

What an incredible experience! Jacob was so helpful and knowledgeable. He understood what I needed even though I wasn’t really sure. It’s rare to meet someone who’s in this position that actually cares about people. This company needs to keep this guy around for a while!
