Worst shipping experience EVER!!!! I’ve never left reviews on businesses before, but they got me to that point. It’s always “an attempt has been made to deliver your package” and when you call customer care it’s always “sorry for the inconvenience “. I ordered from two different retailers who used FedEx ( more like FED UP) and it was the same issue….Close the office if you don’t like or want to deliver packages, simple. If I could give no stars I would.

Why!!!!!!! Will you update “ out of delivery for 4 days” without being delivered…..I never received my order!!!!! I had to call that I would pick it up from this location. Got here, I was told I had to wait for 2 business days before a notification would be sent….

I don't usually post reviews but I feel like I have to here. I lived out on a property and every single other shipping company would deliver to my door but this Fedex location left my package by my mailbox NEXT TO THE HIGHWAY. Pure laziness. Packages from here take days to deliver after they are already "out for delivery". Everytime I see that I have a package coming from Fedex Austell, I dread what's to come. This whole place needs to be nuked and start over (figuratively speaking of course, firing everyone and getting new harsh management). This was even before covid. Absolute horrible shipping center.

They lose everything. Maybe if they unionized and took care of their employees like UPS, packages would actually arrive. It pays to do the right thing.

Your packages will be sitting here for weeks! I've had multiple packages go missing or arrive late from their location. Don't order anything if it's from FedEx. FedUp with FedEx!

Useless! 4th missing package in a week! Misdelivered to another address when the shipping clearly states my address. 4 packages! In a week! Useless!!!!
