  Fed Ex?!?! used to be the best- small package(med cation for my daughter) thrown on my front step and walked away! No doorbell ring- nor do i ever use that door! Thank God for my “Ring” service that photoed the Fed Ex young man! Will notify Fed Ex in the AM.

  Completely disrespectful! I'm still in shock, waiting for my call back. Come on, cs lady didn't assign or give me a reference number. Think I didn't already see what was going on? Anyhow, it's been a week. What happened? I told you my truck was damaged, there were school books in that package!

  Phil helped me ship a purse back to the company with a return label that was emailed to me. And he found a package large enough for the purse to fit in. He's awesome!!
