This location is absolutely the worst. For the second time, they have returned my packages citing that they attempted delivery without having actually attempted.

if I could leave zero stars I would. This location always loses deliveries and then loses the replacement delivery. I have lost a total of five packages in 10 months from this location.

It has been a week since my package was supposed to be delivered. The first day they said they didn’t have the correct address and then they proceeded to update it with the very same address I gave them. :/ I gave them a pass because I stay in a new neighborhood, but ever since that day, my package has not been attempted. They actually keep leaving notes stating that no delivery was attempted as if that’s acceptable..???
It’s now day 7 and they REFUSE to even get it to an onsite location for me to pick it up. This is ridiculous and clearly a continuous thing, the higher ups here a liars as well. CS rep stated that the supervisor they talked to ensured it would be on the truck and delivered to the designated place for pick up but there’s been no update since noon of yesterday. At this point I just want to know where my package is because it seems it’s been misplaced or stolen.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They said I requested to change my delivery when I did not. They marked my package as a failed delivery which is funny because I have security cameras all around my house and was sitting by the front door window and FedEx never stopped by.

Every time I have expected something through FedEx, I always get “delivery exceptions” originating in this distribution center, such as “future delivery requested” which is clearly an outright lie. If you live in Atlanta in the area serviced by the Austell location, you should just avoid using FedEx.

I received a notification stating that my package was delivered on a Saturday and that was a whole lie! I was literally sitting in my living waiting for it to arrive and it never did. Called and customer support wasnt any help at all. They tried to put it off on eBay as if it’s their responsibility but, the tracking information read that FedEx received it and delivered it. Tuesday a FedEx truck pulls up to my house and was parked outside. I stood in my doorway and watch the driver look around the back of the truck for 5-10 mins, hop back in the driver seat pull tf off! I don’t know what y’all got going on at that Austell location but this is some bullshxt. I can’t even get in contact with anyone at the location so I can pick my shxt up or nothing!

FedEx as a company, and this location are an embarassment. Packages arrive and sit for days at a time. When you call to ask questions about what is delaying your package, you get a random customer service rep who is unable to give any useful information and then lies about having someone from the facility call you. I had to delay my travel plans for several days due to this issue, costing my family a ton of money and time. It is ridiculous that there is so much dishonesty from a company of this size. FedEx doesn't care about their customers or their valuables.
Update: Another package out for delivery from this location at 2:06AM and not delivered. FedEx needs to overhaul this location and its employees all the way up to management.
Update: another package that went from forest park to this dumpster fire facility and arrived last, box severely damaged and missing parts.

The fedex Austell location needs to be either shut down or have everyone fired and start over. I cannot run my business smoothly with this location in the delivery pipeline. In the past year alone they have broke 4 shower glass doors and damaged a large number of other items - and some items were never seen again once they reached the facility (can you say THEFT?).

I shipped a painting, perfectly packaged. Rolled canvas in a sturdy cylinder shipping container. It is worth $5000. That’s how much the invoice was for. Now, I cannot get in touch with anyone that knows where it is, how it was damaged or if it will be returned. When I track the package, it just says “damaged, undeliverable”. This is the second time FedEx has damaged a package. I shipped a pair of earrings to my niece, insured them. The box was stepped on, earring broken and they refused to reimburse or pay for repair. This company is fraudulent at best.

Told us to come. No one answered a phone. Security had to go back and finally let us no one was working today. So who the hell called us to come waste our time and told us to come get our package today?!!

0 stars. Packages in purgatory and no one from customer service is helping. Their attempts to deliver are lies!
