This is for the emissions section of the store.
I have been in the auto business for over 20years. I know how emissions work. The gentlemen that did my emissions did not properly scanned my vehicle and his equipment did not read the OBD and my vehicle failed emission. I was dumbfounded since my OBD reader said it was I/M ready without codes before coming here. It was also weird that I was asked to get out of my car for him to use his scanner. I watched his screen and knew whatever he was doing wasn't right since the OBD section showed no reading.
I rescanned the vehicle after he fail my car in front of him and again my scanner shows I/M ready. I addressed the concern and asked him to rescan the vehicle. He was not having any of it and asked if it was cash or card. He dismissed my concern and then accused me of clearing the codes on my vehicle since I had no check engine light. Why would I clear codes if it would mean I had to drive all over town to reset the I/M monitors? I later went to another place and paid for a separate emission inspection to confirm my concern about what happened and guess what...IT PASSED. I told the 2nd place the story and he scanned my car with his OBD first to make sure everything was right before running the test. He was also confused why it would've failed earlier.
I definitely was not going back there for the free retest after he basically accused me of clearing my codes. I wasted my time and money there. It will not happen again.

Very unprofessional. They closed early by turning off the OPEN sign when they saw me driving around back for an emissions test. I will never patronize this business again. I have begun referring my friends and family to a nearby emissions place.

I'm thinking this place is a shady operation. They tested my wife's car for emissions and made the engine light come before she left. They told her it would go off and that it was due to their equipment being faulty. Her engine light has NEVER been on except when starting the car like all other vehicles. I called up there and some guy answered in Spanish. I asked him if he speaks English, he said hold on and never came back to the phone. I called back 5 times with no answer. I called the insurance line....no answer. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY ARE SHADY!
