Needed some game recommendations for my dad who just got a PS5. Asked staff for help picking something out, they took the time to speak with me about his personality/interests, and made a lot of good recommendations based on that. Awesome customer service!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I purchased a brand-new controller just three days ago and returned it due to a defect. Unfortunately, the associates were unaware of the return policy and refused to accept the return. This experience was frustrating and reflects poorly on the store’s customer service.

Monday I decided to trade in a console for the first time with gamestop. I was given a prepaid Mastercard that didn’t work. Called around an everyone was giving me the run around saying “they can’t do anything about it” or “its a third party thing you’ll have to call number on back of card”. So I decided to just go back up there again the next day to see if we can resolve it, An the guy in there Dijon was very helpful bro ain’t give me no excuse on why he couldn’t resolve the problem or anything. He just excuted the problem and I appreciated that cause he could have easily just gave me a lazy answer like the person who worked the shift after him.

Love love this location now. The new management has really turned the store around. The store looks neat, clean & stocked! I was there for a pokemon release & they handled it very well. I wasn’t able to get anything but I was still pleased with my experience as they kept it organized & fair. These releases can get crazy sometimes but it was all good vibes.

Its really sad to say this but I am officially done with gamestop. They are not customer friendly and they know how to even answer a phone. They called me but I miss the call do to I was at work. Ever since I've been trying to call them back about my pre-order game and no one has yet to answer the phone and I know for a fact this location is not that busy to ignore phone calls. So do to lack of customer care I will not be return to gamestop and I will start buying my games digitally. I really wish I could give this location a -5 star.

I recently stopped by with my nine-year-old on his birthday to purchase an Nintendo
Memory card. I was told the best one to purchase was the GameStop brand. Now let me tell you this I’ve never been a gamer so perhaps this is beyond my comprehension. Once we got home, game card did not work. I returned two days later in an effort to return said GameStop branded memory card. I was told that for 69.99 memory card I could receive an eight dollar credit on behalf of my nine-year-old child. It’s actually really sad to me to know that their customer return policy is so sour. I could understand if it was another brand but the fact that they won’t even take their GameStop brand back is a problem. Now my nine-year-old son knows to never ever shop at this place nationwide because he will not be able to get any of his birthday money back for this purchase. The justification for this is that once a product is opened. It is not resell-able for the company. I still don’t understand how that is a customer problem. The fact that your branded merchandise is not re-sellable due to bad packaging should not be a nine-year-old‘s fault. The fact that he has to loose $69 of his saved money is wrong. If you wanted life-long customers, clearly you are starting off on the wrong foot. Never had an experience like this with a retailer and I can assure you, we will never again. To conclude was the fall of retail all over the United States our stores closing one would assume that the customer service policies would be revisited. I assume that GameStop will be one of those will see closing along blockbuster and all of those others in the future.

My girlfriend and I entered in the store today 6/9 at 2pm looking for One Piece cards and Pokémon figurines. My girlfriend found some stuff she wanted and proceeded to check out. The person working, white, dark haired, potentially trans-male/female, would not stop asking us if we would like the GameStop membership. We respectfully declined but this employee would not take no for an answer. The employee kept asking and we kept declining, at one point they became rude and stated “it’s only $6 and I need this so I can get my points” I stepped in and stated we would not be purchasing the membership and asked them to allow us to please just purchase what we wanted. The employee literally would not allow us to purchase our items and stated “I’m going to give you my pitch and you’re going to get the membership.” We told the employee for the 10th time we weren’t interested and that we were in a hurry, to which they became more angry and persisted that we buy the membership so they can receive some benefit. To avoid further escalation we walked out without purchasing our items. I also observed 2 other customers walking out and leaving their purchases due to this employees rude, entitled behavior. We will not be back to this Location while that person works there.This is probably the most bizarre retail encounter we have had in years. We feel as if our right to purchase was infringed upon today as this employee wouldn’t allow us to buy items in this store without doing what they wanted us to do. I would greatly appreciate a response to this review and I will be contacting your store Monday morning and personally filing a complaint. My girlfriend and I are mental health professionals so we are very empathetic and reasonable people but this was just absolutely insane. Please do something about this.

Stood in line for 15 minutes while one employee addressed one customer. Never was acknowledged so we left!!!
