1st experience was great . Second experience a week later is why I will never return . I don’t even do the leave reviews however they were horrible the boy claimed I did not have a unlimited wash membership then went to look it up sent someone else to ask for my card number when he came back instead of apologizing or explaining what happened he walked to me and said you got lucky … little boy I paid so it’s not luck so I told him to cancel my membership and that I no longer wanted to get the car washed he said thank god and walked off . I’m so over the poor service I’m good .

Elon always does a fantastic job at Paradise Falls Car Wash professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. And the short girl with red hair, is just as amazing! She’s super helpful, and always makes the experience enjoyable. they make the car wash feel welcoming and top-notch. Only Complaint is the Vacuums are not as strong as I would like them to be but overall it doesn’t get any better than this!

Super strong vacuum. Reasonably priced AND… bonus round… get your emissions done there (20 bucks, and you get a free basic car wash.

The staff is so nice and helpful. My kids loved going through the wash ! Lasers and emblem was so neat the other places I’ve been to don’t have that. Definitely will keep coming back especially for the kind and welcoming staff !

Just popped in for a quick car wash, and was really impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Jeremiah and Erin were both excellent, offering to help me take things out of the bed of my truck, letting me know about specials, and conducting an easy emissions test. I don’t live too close, but I’ll be back!
