Nothing like this had ever happened to me, the medical staff is always friendly, but on this occasion I found a very rude woman who should definitely look for another job. How sad that there are people like that working with patients. The worst experience I have lived, the woman who attended me rude, without manners, they should have professional staff, I tried to communicate with her in a civilized way and she wouldn't let me. Maybe it's because it was lunch time and the poor woman was hungry. Anyway, they should close that place.

This location is extremely unprofessional and rude. I agree this location should be restructured or shut down. This lady gave me a different time an hour after my appointment time. Then told me that I could reschedule another day after waiting an 1.5 hrs. No handwashing walking around with same gloves on. Horrible!

If I could give negative zero points I would. This particular location needs to be closed down. There can be 4 people in the lobby and your waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I waited 3 hours to do a pee test. They don't care how long you wait and don't care that you have to go at that moment. No compassion or customer service. Management should be ashamed. The employees are rude as hell. If you don't like your job go find another one, and to top it off it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Stay away! There needs to be more options for the Austell area

I had to leave a review because I’m terrified of needles. Markiesha had me laughing at the end which is a FIRST. I had maybe 6+ tubes needed to collect. Before I could ask her about the butterfly needle the stick was done and blood was flowing. I didn’t know what hit me. 😂😂😂
She was great. I’d go see her 100x over again. Best blood draw experience ever and again, I HATE needles. I’m 40 and still cry.

Worse LabCorp I’ve been in life and I go nearly every week. The attendance was very unprofessional as well as front desk attitudes as if they hated their jobs. I waited 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time bc they refused to call another LabCorp and instead left a message with my transplant hospital knowing those messages have a 24 hour turnaround. At no point did anyone advise me of what was happening. This LabCorp should be shut down seriously. Close it.
I agree with prior negative reviews. Attitudes so bad the stench is in the air and the energy of the entire clinic is off.

I was concerned about what to expect after reading the reviews. However, my experience was stress free. My appointment was at 9:15. I was outta there in 10-12 minutes. No time wasted.

1 of the 3 ladies had a bad attitude, and she got really mad when she listened in on my phone conversation about Concentra being a way better place than Labcorp. I would say, choose another location. Overall, poor place to visit.

Got there later in the day as a walk in customer with about half an hour before they stop taking customers, and they were amazingly fast. I am used to waiting at least 30 minutes at other places, but they were great and got me in and out fast. Staff was friendly.

Arrived at 09:55 for a 10:00 appointment. Checked in and had to leave at 10:40 because I still had not been called back. The technician was alone and only spoke to the waiting line when she opened the door, which only occurred every 15-20 minutes.
