I visited this location with my sister while I was in Georgia. My sister was considering using Life Storage to store her belongings in anticipation of a move.Even though my sister ultimately ended up at another facility, I did want to give a huge shout out to Shawn. He answered all the questions we had, showed us a unit, and overall just had great customer service. This storage unit was definitely in her top 2.

Shawn was so kind. I had trouble getting into the gate and he came outside and guided me through. That is going above and beyond because he could have just stayed on the phone but he helped me. I truly appreciate that. I also value the pricing of the units. I’m very glad to store my items here and the customer service is top tier.

They do not give you notice and raise your rent every 4-6 months. I started at $50 was raised a few months ago and today was charged $140 for a basic 8X10 non climate controlled storage unit. Will be changing locations asap. They also changed my due date and charged me a late fee. My unit has always been doing the 15. Scammers over there now.
