It is a one-stop shop for everything home and yard with a wide selection of brands and choices in a convenient location. The store has helpful and knowledgeable employees in sections like garden, flooring, and plumbing who provide great information. Customers appreciate the Veteran parking. However, some feel the store manager needs to improve, and there can be long wait times on the phone.
I went into store #0531 on East-West connector with a toothache and the feeling of having a bad day. Kenadi greeted me with a smile. She showed professionalism and was curtious. I commend her on her patients and character. Thanks Lowe's for employing her.
