Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Austell, GA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. It is a one-stop shop for everything home and yard with a wide selection of brands and choices in a convenient location. The store has helpful and knowledgeable employees in sections like garden, flooring, and plumbing who provide great information. Customers appreciate the Veteran parking. However, some feel the store manager needs to improve, and there can be long wait times on the phone.
I cannot remember her name and I told her I would review. This might have been the best LOWE’s return I have made. I had my app but not the receipt and she was able to find the purchase and get my return processed. BTW, the ORBIT sprinkler stops working after a couple of weeks. It gets stuck.

I would like to give Rob- the sales rep that assisted me today with my purchases a 5 star review!!!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything I asked for. I was questioning wether I could return the Bosch laser I purchased the week before for a job estimate without having the box for proper packaging but the return rep and customer service was exceptional and quick in getting my refund back to me no questions asked!
