Wow, the sirens are going off like crazy again - two hours nonstop so far. These false alarms totally negate the value to the community and someone (many people) are going to get sick or die if there's ever a real emergency.Does anyone know the name of the manager of this facility? Why do the police allow and city council allow this?

This location set off the alarms again - 3:30 a.m. I called the policed and they said there had been 31 previous police visits. Why does Cobb Precinct #2 not issue a disturbing a peace citation?People are going to die if there is ever a tank explosion in Marietta because they'll think it's just another false alarm that Cobb County Precinct 2 allows.Marathon is laughing at the hick Marietta/Powder Springs/Austell residents and their lazy law enforcement.

This location keeps setting off its alarm, which is supposed to warn citizens of a gas leak or explosion, so they can evacuate. This alarm goes off on a regular basis, sometimes for 12 hours. If there is ever a real gas leak, countless people will die because they did not evacuate. Marathon knows about this problem. So does Cobb Precinct 2, which will not issue disturbing the peace citations because they can use a technicality ("It's an alarm." ) No, it's not an alarm if it's a malfunction. It's not functioning as an alarm, so it's simply noise, so technically, yes, Cobb Precinct 2 can issue a disturbing the peace citation each time there is a false alarm. In addition to Marathon paying out hundreds of millions more in judgments if there's ever a real leak, Cobb 2 will have culpability for enabling Marathon.Cite any codes you want, but Cobb 2 COULD issue citations because this is not an alarm issue since it's a faulty wiring/electronic system that is making noise.I just want this on the records for the class-action lawsuits that will happen in the event of a real accident, and to let Marathon know what its employees at this location are up to.
