Your agent on the phone whom I reserved with was great. Top off my move your manager who greeted me and got me moved in did such a wonderful job informing me of space sizes and recommended my needs with the items I shared with her. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Please let these ladies know they are ASSETS to your business. It was a hectic day so unfortunately I’m bad with names. I will certainly recommend you all and your pricing beat U-Haul and public storage and the cleanliness of the facility! so thanks for the SUPERB SERVICE!!!!

The online rental process and 2-month discount was great for what we needed. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the building and shown to our rental unit. 10/10 experience so far!

Unit measured 3 feet short when I walked it off!
NEW lockset sold to me had been opened by someone else. Who else has a key to my unit?? When asking for an unopened lockset, she called the police. WOW!!

Very nice staff from time I walked in the door both youngladys displayed awesome customer service.. The property very nicely kept clean inside and out not very many properties you see the floors looking this nice..Most definitely recommend renting prices are very reasonable and fair 2/24..Wow how did I forget the Parking is PERFECT So much space.. I was trying to load and working against myself adding extra steps Chirette being super Awesome came out and recommended me getting closer to the door to save some steps she wanted the experience of the facility to be as welcoming and convenient as possible!!
