Cesar was very helpful through my process of getting into my metro account so that I can receive my transfer pin. I had a mishap when I transferred carriers and my transfer pin was wrong and he was willing to be on the phone with customer service for me!

I WENT THERE THIS MORNING TO GET THE ECLIPSE GLASSES AND THE LADY SOLD THEM FOR $10! JUST SHAMEFUL WHEN SHE KNEW THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FREE! IF THIS IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE THEY EMPLOY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEN I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO DOES ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM! CORPORATE WILL BE HEARING FROM ME!

Tried going here on 3 separate occasions. Came here at 7pm, tried to leave work early and they are closed (it closes at 8). I decided to try to come in earlier at 3pm the next day on my lunch..nothing..locked up. Today I came in later on. Still not opened. I can understand if the employees are on lunch or something but it would be great to atleast have a sign or something that it's closed between certain times. Everytime i came here it was just a waste of time. I'm not coming here anymore but I hope the next customers don't have the same experience as I did.

Went in today to transfer my daughter’s phone from android to an old IPhone. Tiffany was so sweet, efficient and helpful ( i hope i remember her name correctly the girl with the pretty pink in her hair) great customer service!

Systems down since opening at 9am..I’m paying for service that does not work. The worker and Kelly stated I need a new SIM card but cannot provide one and to drive to Cascade to fix my phone so she can keep her inventory. Kelly had attitude and I’m not pleased with the service at this store. Just needs to be shut down. Not helpful at all.
