I did a device switch not knowing there was a charge associated with it and when I called customer service they are telling me there is nothing they can do about it. Not to be rude but sometimes it is hard to understand some of the agents and the interpretation of what they are saying may lead us into some unwanted charges. I am really upset about this because I thought I was getting the charge free option of switching devices.

So I called and the guy I spoke to whoever his name is picked up The phone was very rude and nasty with me and hung up the phone on my face.

The fact that they lie and say IPhone 11 for $49.99 when you switch carriers but then tell you, you have to get the bundle with that mandatory for $350 after taxes!!! SCAM!!!!!!

The attendant at THIS Store was extremely rude. She had no ethics at all and lies in order to get her way. I came in asking to buy a sim card she lied to me telling me that they don't sell sim cards and told me to go to T-Mobile just because she couldn't make a commission from me. I went there not knowing she was lying and the people there told me I needed to by a metro sim card and they told me she lied to me. I went back and confronted her she came up with a story about why she lied to me and when I to her that was false, she proceeded to YELL at me, a 20 years long customer.

If your looking for Eddie-he’ll be at “big Al’s furniture at1355 east-west connector,Austell gaWhat a surprise- me and my wife bought furniture from him- and he took really good care of us, just like the metro store here on riverside. the delivery guys set up my furniture ,made sure all the furniture was put together and even took away the cardboard and trash!Tell him you know him from the Metro store-he’ll take really good care of you!!!!!

when i thought i lost everything Mr Eddie helped me recover my g mail , along with my contacts ,pics, and all my video as well, he ia a 100 in my book , gave him a $100 tip he refused till i convinced him that he earned it! outstanding job!! thanks Eddie , ill be coming back soon to get that speaker weve been talking about!
