This is the worst metropcs that I have ever been in the woman that works there has a very bad attitude so was not rude so I will not be returning I have to go to another metro pcs for better service she needs to be replaced and this is the metro pcs on veterans memorial in the food depot Plaza

Very unprofessional I waited 30 min just not to get a phone. If you have one price on the display then that should be the price. If it's not then change displayed price.

Very unprofessional and stooping not right here your life will never be the same after purchasing a phone from this store. Every in your name will be hacked and the manager gets an attitude when you ask how did it happen and continue to happen.

Literally standing outside the door at 7:15 when the store closes at 8 and these women have the door locked refusing to open it. I thought it is required to help customers?

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Walked into the store trying to gain access to my account and the so called manager at this location locked my account and failed to tell me that she could actually call someone to help me call it in. I went to another location to find that out. Came back and she said there is nothing she could do. This location needs to bring back the old manager and the other girl who use to be at this location. They were very helpful & sweet young ladies. New management is trash. also having lots of side conversations within the co worker. This location needs to do better. Sad sad sad
