These guys are absolute professionals and they go out of their way at EVERY turn to look out for you and your belongings, especially the fragile ones. “In early February 2022, I searched for a business that either leased or allowed customers to purchase moving crates. I wanted crates instead of regular paper boxes for my move from one apartment to another because you don't have to worry about them busting open and it makes everything neater when packing. My initial phone call to Taggabox didn't go so well because a "Karen" (not her real name, but I'll call her that) answered the phone, got sassy when I attempted to ask her a question, and abruptly hung up on me. I took a deep breath, waited a few minutes later and called back. What a difference a few minutes makes, as a much more pleasant woman answered the phone this time. I rented 25 crates for one week (February 15 - 22, 2022). The total price for renting them was $140.49. They delivered them to the apartment I was moving from and I was impressed with how quickly the delivery guy was able to transport the crates up three flights of stairs to reach my apartment. Along with the crates, Taggabox allowed me to use three small carts with wheels on them that you can use to stack the boxes on and roll them out. Though the boxes were a just a little smaller than I imagined they'd be, they were very sturdy, hard plastic crates, and helped make packing easier. I still had to end up getting some paper boxes in order to finish packing up all of my stuff, but that was okay. I am still pleased with the crates and carts, as they made the moving process more convenient. They were the most valuable tools of the move. The only mild criticism I have of the delivery and pick-up is that both times I had to take a little time off from work so I could be at home when they came by at 10am on a weekday. They picked up the crates and push carts from the address I moved to, but didn't arrive until closer to 11am. But overall, I am impressed with their service and would use them the next time I move.”

“AKA 1-800-Pack-Rat. Their delivery process (mechanism) and containers are superior to PODS. They were also able to accommodate a tight delivery and pickup window where PODS was not. My container delivery driver, Nesru, was friendly and efficient. He placed the container exactly where I asked him to and inspected and swept out the inside of the container before departing. Due to some communication issues 1-800-Pack-Rat worked with me and corrected the situation. That’s excellent customer service!”
