We can not close our rental agreement and keep getting charged for April 4th as our date. We moved out on the third completely. There's no button on nextdoor nor uhaul which I ordered the account from( not nextdoor storage site) to close account. I requested call back to uhaul and a very kind young man by the name of Jay was helpful to his max. He definitely has a great customer service ethic behavior and deserves a job well done recognition. Unfortunately,he too could not do much. By all means not cause he refused but because the contract agreement leaves them with lil permission to work on our behalf to our accounts. I recommend uhaul have a button to end rental lease on the website and really do some undercover work to find out if the partners live up to uhauls wonderful name in we trusted for decades and if not close their contracts. By having the move out button which will give us who have 24/7 access ability to stop payment at any time. By 7 ish o clock I was out of my unit on April 3rd 2024. I am due payment on April 4 2024. I cleaned unit out too. So no extra charges n took pik. It was cleaner then when we moved in. During our rental they'd change the lock code on gate alot there's been times we'd wait for message back n copied it. For hrs sitting on property waiting to get in which is very inconvenient. That was against our 24/7 access agreement. They definitely did not comply. Noone ever had been in that hut outside the beauty bar. The area is very sketchy and not secure at all. No cameras or lights that work on property. Just one that goes off every 2min solar panel I believe and not bright at all.No garbage either bring in bring out type of deal and that's understandable. I don't pay extra maintenance fee so I don't expect a dumpster. This is poorly maintained as the bugs, animals are always in gates. They have Rat poison boxes but that's only maintenance. Maintenance guy was kind to help us back up
into our unit with direction and first time I seen anyone working there the whole time with our rental about or more yr old. For some reason our packages have been fallen over almost Everytime we go in like someone on right of us hits the wall n I found my chandelier completely broken that my grandmother gave me. Never complained because there's nothing to benefit from it it's irreplaceable. So I've been very upset about that for months it hit me hard. I will say if they don't do us right close our account out and not charge us April fee my partner will leave a more thorough bad comment review and he's top on Google for the most recognized reviewer where they can't erase it.
All the other reviews are lies. The guy they responded to as a non working electronic seller whether true or not everything he said bout the property is absolutely correct. No security infact meth addicts walk back and forth to liquor store smokin their crack and meth leaving hazardous puffs of smoke. We've parked at top with trailer at night cause no lights difficult to back up. My daughter couldn't at 24 be left alone because the area so I stayed up there ready unlocked and loaded in pk lot. At one time we were approached for sexual services I immediately showed my gun and they apologize and left. Very limited room in storage yard to drive. Infact upon fire code I thought in Georgia by law there has to be both 2 seperate access ways a entrance and exit to have a functional business upon code. Am I wrong? Because there's one way that's gated. No emergency button to get out. Often we worried bout leaving gates unlocked at night til we left scared getting locked in. The actual uhaul is down street you can walk to but I recommend you don't it's dangerous area. Both day and night dangerous.
As far as everyone having code I wonder why I spent hrs outside gate. I should have gone to qt ask meth addict for it. I probably would have right code. Sad world we live in. #uhaul

Nextdoor is a great place store your belongings. It’s clean, safe and easy with plenty of space to load and unload your stuff and 3 different storage sizes. Professional staff AND YOU CAN ORDER YOUR STORAGE ONLINE ?. Highly recommend

I don't recommend storing your items at this facility. They say they have security but there is no cameras. The gate is secured with a combination lock that everyone and there brother has. They have nobody that works there.. everything is done online and that's it. The owner is unprofessional and only cares about getting that check and forget any help you may need or questions you may need answered.

Just moved here and needed a affordable storage and found Nextdoor storage. Management was more then nice and worked with me. Customer service is very important to me and I would highly recommend them.
