Mr. Andrew – OfficeMax (East-West Connector location)
I had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to Mr. Andrew, the store manager. He was incredibly gentle, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed during checkout, and I truly appreciated his warm, inviting presence.
As I waited for my merchandise, I observed that he treated every customer with the same level of kindness and professionalism—not just me. That level of consistency and care is rare and deserves to be recognized.
Because of Mr. Andrew, I would absolutely return to this store for any future needs. He made the experience pleasant and easy, and it's clear he leads by example.

Not sure why this store is still open. There weren't any customers and staff had to be found. I did find the toner that I needed in stock.

Out of all the places I looked, this is the only one with a huge selection of office chairs on the floor to try out. I was able to find the right chair and take it home same day.

Ordered a desk online for in store pickup only to be told when I arrived that the order had been picked up already. There was no manager available for me to speak to and the next available person with authority advised that anyone can come in and just pick up items and this location in particular doesn’t do anything to verify the identity of the person picking up an order. Was blown away by the lack of empathy and customer service, it’s going to take a lot for me to go back to office max for anything in the future.

If I could give this location NEGATIVE STARS, I would. I have been here for three days trying to get obituaries printed. Each time I was told to return tomorrow and the job would be completed. Today is day 3 and 12 out of 100 obituaries have been printed and NOTHING stapled. This is absolutely ridiculous. I specifically asked the clerk, Krista to call or text me to let me know that they'd be able to do it bc if not, I wanted to try a different location. She took my number and everything; no call. Imagine getting here and only having approximately 10% of thr job completely done when if she had called to tell me that, I could have had the order sent to a different location and picked up after work instead of running around after work still attempting to get these obituaries printed. I am FURIOUS.

terrible service! i was there for a good 20 minutes or more, the jamaican lady that i saw somebody talk about as well was there just talking and talking while everybody was just standing there, i asked other employees for help and they said they would but nobody ended coming. don’t recommend coming here

I highly Do Not recommend going to this office depot location if you're seeking special printing. The Jamaican associate there didn't feel like take the extra step to get my prints done. I've been getting the same prints did at office depot for years. I had to drive another 18 minutes to another office depot location in Douglasville to get prints I needed print. I just simply showed the associate what I needed done and the prints were complete within minutes. I see now not every store have associates that specialize in printing.

My most recent experience at the Austell, GA location was incredible! The copy center representative was courteous, friendly, and solutions oriented. She is a role model for great customer service.

Customer service is NOT AVAILABLE here. I only go for online copy/print pickups and the print area is ALWAYS closed. If my order is ready and ON THE pick up shelf, i wouldn't need assistance........The clerks walk pass without speaking ,when you speak "because that's just the proper thing to do" ,they respond and keep walking. I literally spoke to 2 clerks (older white male and black male with locks) they both didn't ask if I needed anything AT ALL!!!!! I understand being short staffed but let's be short staffed with decent customer service.
