“Thaddeus and Caesar were absolutely outstanding! They were courteous, resourceful, accommodating, and extremely professional. They went above and beyond to help me match my colors exactly, and their knowledge and attention to detail made the entire experience effortless. Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a paint supplier. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I won’t go anywhere else for my paint needs. Highly recommend!”

“Super friendly staff and the owner Joel was as helpful as anyone could hope for. He spent time sharing his deep wealth of knowledge from 30 years experience with me to help make my project a success. Southern Finishing Supply had everything I was looking for but I left with so much more. And If you’re into nitrocellulose lacquer, this is the place for you.”

“Picking the right color! Why does all the colors look alike when you arrive at the paint store?? I went to Sherwin Williams today with a color in mind but then got very confused. Anton at the Dallas Highway location took his time and showed me colors that would look nice in my room. He didn’t make me feel rushed or that he was too busy to assist me. Thank you so very much for your patience and for your expert advice. I Can’t wait to see the paint on the wall?”

“I visited in search of specific wire. Mr. Al provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I didn't leave empty handed. That was pleasantly amplified by other staff members who also asked if I was being helped when they noticed me waiting while he searched in the back. The cherry on top was the female cashier who has a great sense of humor - she and I shared a fun laugh together!! Small acts of kindness go a big lonnnnnnng way!!😁”

“Great service and a good selection of products. The only issue is that the Duron Weathershield paint is too expensive. Before Duron sold to Sherwin Williams you could get a good price break on the paint. And from my experience painting for 20 plus years the Weathershield was a better choice for your exterior painting verses the Super Paint. However Sherwin Williams has an even better exterior paint than Weathershield or Super Paint which is almost as good as Benjamin Moore. I do prefer their exterior stain products over others. You can’t go wrong with their products. Even their entry level paints are better than Behr.”
