Discontinued best bagels and bakery items. Was told company wide. No more chocolate chip, sesame, and blueberry bagels, croissants, cranberry orange muffin, etc Plain bagel was tough and tasteless. Complained to Customer Service. Gave me a reward but nothing left to buy that we like.

I ordered the pick 2, creamy tomato soup and half chipotle chicken avocado melt. The food was hot and fresh. My first time trying tomato soup and it didn't disappoint. The sandwich was flavorful and fresh. My only complaint I should've ordered a whole sandwich and not half. Can't wait to go back again.***EDIT POST****Enjoyed the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt so much the first time I got a whole sandwich on my next order and was highly disappointed. The sandwich was really soggy I was only able to eat the top part of the bread and it wasn't enjoyable I was expecting better for a 12.00 sandwich.

I was literally in the drive thru for 28 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I couldn't get out the line and was just stuck. Even Chick-fil-A was is faster than this.

The staff was very polite, very efficient. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta. Was fairly flavorless. It's always clean when I go here, probably won't return for breakfast. I used to love the breakfasts. Food was served quickly.

Customer Service is everything. Ordered a bagel and the lady working the drive through today was beyond unprofessional. She was upset because after I received a cold, dry, bagel, instead of asking for my money back like I wanted to, I asked her if she could toast it instead. Her reply "you have to ask for us to toast it otherwise we don't toast". Now I've never heard of that before from Panera. Most Panera's politely ask me if I'd like my bagel toasted. What was worse was her careless, rude attitude as she snatched the bagel back and slammed the drive through window twice in my face. Thank you Lord for the patience. When I received the bagel back I simply tossed it in the trash. I don't believe in consuming foods from folks with bad energy. But no worries, she wanted to aim low so I plan to aim high and make a complaint to customer service.

Drive-thru cannot get an order right to save their life. Food itself was not bad it was just incorrect. This is an ongoing problem they really need some better help. And they will lie to your face and say that your food is in the bag and it isn't. Check your order even unwrapping everything because it's going to be wrong.

Food is good but the soup was so watered down that the flavor was bland. Every time I order my tuna sandwich, it ends up having it all on the outside. So I decided to upload a picture of it.
