Was assisted quickly and the person I worked with, Helayna, was extremely helpful and kind. Genuinely one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with getting new glasses. I'd give 6 Stars if I could.

I always get good service here. Been a customer for years. Dr kow and staff very professional. However, I would like it if they update the voice mail message because we are not in a pandemic with covid and I tried to send an email message but the message came back undeliverable.
