The slowest nail salon I’ve ever been to! The lady who did my daughter’s nails needs to retire because a basic French tip should not take two damn hours and they were not busy!!!

Laura is a great nail tech, but this place is consistently understaffed and when you arrive they will tell you it’s only going to be 5 minutes knowing it’s going to be longer and that dishonesty is quite frankly annoying because nobody wants to spend their whole day at the nail shop. Most of the people they have doing your toes seem to have very little experience or something because I’ve gotten French tips twice from here and each time it’s been mid grade. This place is right next door to my daughter’s school which is why I came back quite a few times. Tbh I wouldn’t recommend, and I don’t think I’ll be returning either.

Worst pedicure of my life. I went there because my shop is closed on Monday. The pedicure tech cut my skin so bad, I have bruising and my feet hurt. If this continues, I will go to urgent care. Never again.

Ask for Mai (fill in) and Cindy for pedicure! These two beautiful ladies were very kind and gentle with my nails and feet. I will definitely be going back.

You WILL get the shock of your life going to this place. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. I got a shoddy job for pedicure. You only get your feet washed and to get it scrubbed, it cost extra. I wish I'd known how much of con artists they were before sitting down. Lesson learned.

I should have listen to the reviews . An older woman did my feet and she act like she was scared to do them . She was being so gentle that I had to tell her I need u to scrub the dead skin off my feet it should be smooth . I can literally feel the skin . Luckily the younger woman took over after she heard me tell her twice she needs to stop playing and do the service . I will not be going back . I was crunch for time bc I was going out of town . Never again !

I went here one Saturday afternoon for the first time to get a re-fil and repair one nail it took me almost 2 hours just for that service I was so frustrated been there so long I did not take a thorough look at my nails when it was done I just paid and left .
The following day I looked at my nails and realized that in the corners of my nails was no polish I went back there on Monday showing my nails they all started talking in their language..she polished the the nails over ..the following day right after I look at my fingers a nail was missing I had to go back for a second time to get it repaired..this was a waste of time n money they will never see me again I only went there because they are right across from my job but it's best to stick with who you knows because trying something new becomes a nightmare

I just wanted a basic Pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure appeared to be nice. The atmosphere wasn't bad.The moment she began she was extremely heavy handed. I gave her a moment to ease up and then I politely asked her to please be gentle. She didn't say ok or anything. She clipped my nails and around my nail bed. There still excess skin under my nail bed. I pointed it out to her. She grabbed the book of prices and said do I want color. At least that what I thought she said but she said callus for $37. No mam! My service was complete in less than 30 mins. I went to the desk to pay. I told the young lady I was dissatisfied with the services rendered. She said oh you've been here a long time like one hour she spent with you. No Mam! That is false. I called my daughter at 6:01 I walked in At 6:03 I was up paying by 6:29 and I spent four of those minutes showing her what she missed. She said oh just go back and she can help you. As I payed she do you want to leave tip. NO THANK YOU! Horrible service and they weren't even busy. SMH. I will NEVER go back.
