Just go find a storage elsewhere!
I’m paying for a “climate-controlled” unit. The temperature has been almost as hot indoors as it is outside each time I’ve been there. When I chatted with an agent, they basically said in the agreement it says they don’t guarantee temperatures. If I wanted my things stored in sweltering hot weather, then I would have gotten an outside unit!
I’ve had my unit for almost 5 months and they have sent me an email that my rate is going up. So I guess they can change the rate up whenever they’d like?! Bait and switch! I chose this storage company because of the rate that was advertised. I’m currently looking for another company to have my brother move my things. Such an inconvenience!
They clearly read the reviews! If you notice they only respond to positive reviews and ignore the negative ones instead of trying to resolve the issues!

I have had a unit at this location since 12/31/22 I have went from paying $167 to $269 a month don’t go past the 6th because the will definitely put all these fees on your account and don’t hesitate to cut your lock and try to auction off your stuff. I called the corporate office for assistance as I have been going through a difficult time as a result of health issues I told them I paid my monthly rental plus late fees if the could please just waive the the auction fees and that lady told me no they don’t do that and then had the audacity to tell me can I pay them I said I don’t have a choice to find the money as my items are valued over what the fees are. I was told when someone called me I had till the 18th of Aug but them someone calls me on the 13th and says my stuff was going to be auctioned off the next day. Nobody ever answers the phone one day I went there nobody was there during normal business hours I had to call another location and they kept trying to reach the property manager then I find out the property manager was no longer working there and different people were being sent out to help with this property manager. I have never been so stressed out by this whole ordeal in my life having to deal with everything else going on. As soon as I can get help with moving my stuff to another facility I will be getting out of there because Public Storage has no human compassion for people who are going through a rough patch and have already loss so much during Covid to even work with their customers. The only thing I appreciate is the fact it’s a security location with temp control units other than that I can say anything good about this location and if you need to store stuff long or short term go somewhere else!!!!

Unsure why there are so many positive reviews. This location charged me for insurance that i never purchased, and has continued to charge me after I moved out on the set move out date. I am unable to contact anyone or get anyone on the phone but that did not stop them from repeatedly harrasing my with phone calls about when I was moving my things in and they even called to confirm the move out date which i adhered to. Avoid avoid avoid.

Moving your things can be stressful so if you visit this location ask for Megan. She was a life saver!!! She's extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. She provided options that made sense and made my process so much easier. I arrived right before they closed and didn't feel rushed. Excellent customer service!

The woman that assisted me is Megan and she was very polite and thorough! I was very satisfied with the size and pricing!

I wish I could SUE THEM for all these mice! It's infested my house. I had NO mice the house was brand new! Nice was in the boxes from this DISGUSTING PLACE

It had a pretty good place but we didn't understand not having 24 hour access and limiting your access for certain hours . Sorry but won't be using their services again.
