Staff is amazing. Website and not having a front office/ receptionist on site is odd/ unhelpful. Website let me see my results then removed them and won’t let me access them. Very frustrating also no one to call…

Check in was really easy and I was seen withing 5 minutes of checking in. Marvelle, my phlebotomist, was very sweet and my procedure was finished very quickly and it was painless.
