No customer service available here because most of the employees were sitting behind the counter! The shoes on display are not the shoes in the box, everything is mixed up. If I need assistance I have to go find someone? It’s ridiculous… why are you there if you don’t want to work? Won’t go back to this location!!!

Came in on a Wednesday because i figured it'd be slow, and I'd be able to get my daughter's foot measured. I asked one associate for a measuring for my daughter, she referred me to the register. I went to the register, someone finally came over when I raised my hand and asked for help. Welp, needless to say, it was a wasted trip because they didn't have a foot measurer for my seven yo daughter. We're heading to Hibbett's, don't waste your time going here.

My visit to this store was good. The store was very clean & organized. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I didn't find what I was looking for, but they had lots of other great selections.

This store is the best especially is you have multiple kids. Boy one get one half off you can't beat that and you receive coupons as well. Been shopping here 5+ years.

The employees were inside chowing down on doughnuts while me and others waited outside in the rain for them to unlock the door. Meanwhile they had a sign on the door that read “having technical difficulties.” I guess that included a doughnut break. SMH!!

Went in with my husband on a Sunday almost a month ago now. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! Didn’t find the shoe we wanted in the correct size so employee said they could ship us it to the house little did we know… we were asked to write down our name, email and address to then find out the girl sent it to the wrong address . I then called to see if she could fix that for us and was told that the only option was to go to that house myself and pick it up knowing the crazy world we live in. I asked to speak to the general manager and the girl told me no . They shipped it to the wrong address TWICE even after calling customer service for the 5th time I told them to just send it to the store and I’ll pick it up .Today I finally went to go pick the shoes up and still couldn’t get the shoes because it was only for exchange. Young lady helped me out and gave me the shoes but when I opened the bag it was in horrible condition. Never EVER coming back here !!
