Love it, location is perfect, right off expressway. Interior of building is easy to navigate, signage is good,parking is plentiful. Restrooms easily accessible and modern.

Facility is always Aplus clean; janitorial staff on duty 11.10.23 was very kind and helpful; front desk team was very accommodating. Some guest were loud with outbursts of profanity; I was the only female in the gym area so I tolerated it for an hour; but my workout is exactly what I needed. I’m glad I joined!

Attended an event there recently and this is a beautiful venue. Comfortable seating, good room air circulation. I would definitely recommend this place.

This Epicenter is clean at all times, alive with activity and a great service to the community. I took a business class here and I felt safe and comfortable. The staff cares about every detail of your visits, whether it’s workout, fun, or special events. There is an obvious spirit of excellence.

Family had a great time for my son's 10th birthday. We bowled, the kids played in the arcade. 2hrs time to play, $115 spent, and Family was happy...not bad at all. FYI, Groupon has a package that'll save you like $15 off the total price.

The center was nice and spacious and very clean and can accommodate many events at once. I attended the Black Millionaires convention this past Saturday, and there was another event happening at the same time.

The Hispanic girl working in the gym today is just nasty, bitter and rude. I have no idea why they let her come back to work here.. The other girls were much sweeter.She kept coming in talking crazy to guests and rolling her eyes because there were still a few people getting ready to leave after the place was closing. They keep changing their hours , so it’s hard to keep up.Just fix the intercom and make the announcement like u did before, so everyone can be out on time. She definitely has bad vibes compared to some of the other workers and probably doesn’t need to working with the public. She’s just miserable and hateful for whatever reason, even when she worked here in the past she was rude. I overheard her making a nasty remark while I was leaving the facility which was uncalled for.Then yesterday another lady fell again for the second time in the women’s Locker room. There was blood literally everywhere. This is the second time that an older lady slipped and fallen, but yet they still have not put down a mat in the locker room wet area. There is still blood on the floor because they didn’t clean it up properly. They really need to get it together.

On December 30, 2022 I attended an adult line dance class I had an extraordinary good time. I will attend the next one. A thank you to the host.
