Shannon is the best! She has trimmed my hair twice and I knew I trusted her with lightening my hair and I love it! I also bought some products based on her recommendations. I’m so happy I found her and everyone at the salon is so kind, thank you !!!

I have gone to this salon a few times & I must say, the women & owner are the kindest, most welcoming people in an establishment I have ever met. When arriving I was greeted by the kindest receptionist Jennifer. & offered drinks/ snacks while I waited for my appointment. I want to highlight the service I received from Melissa, she was kind, and extremely professional. I paid for a color gloss & was extremely happy with my service. Melissa made my experience wonderful. As my hair was in the washing sink, Melissa offered to bring me a coffee while I waited for the product to finalize in my hair. 20 minutes in the sink & Shannon (another stylist) was so thoughtful. She was making sure I was comfortable, and alright during my wait. I am more than pleased with this salon & everybody who works here. I will absolutely never get my hair done anywhere else!!!

Had a really bad experience with Shannon at Brookwood Salon. She was super rough with my hair the whole time and didn’t listen to what I wanted. She cut my bangs way too short! straight across above my eyebrows without taking it slow or checking with me first.
She didn’t apologize or try to fix anything, and I felt completely dismissed. I left feeling frustrated and upset. Definitely wouldn’t go back to her.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
Shannon helped me with an inverted bob gone wrong. i went to a different salon earlier last week for one and they ended up giving me just a regular bob that looked so bad and they cut off a lot more hair than what i wanted. Shannon took of a lot of bulk and managed to get me the fronts as long as could be with what little hair i had left. She did Great!

Terrible experience — especially with Shannon. They talk her up like she’s an expert, but she clearly lacks real skill. I came in asking for subtle balayage or highlights, showed a photo, and she said “okay.” Instead, she fried my healthy hair with bleach. It’s now dry, broken, and full of uneven colors — just days before my daughter’s wedding.
When I asked her to fix it, she said she didn’t have time. The owner came and seemed shocked but still tried to blame me for having black hair — as if I should’ve expected this outcome. That’s not how professionals behave.
If you care about your hair, stay away from this place. They only care about your money, not your results. You can clearly see the difference between the photo I showed them and what they actually did to my hair.

Sammi is the best!!! As a stylist myself I can truly say she is super talented and very professional. She respected my length all while giving me the layers and volume I wanted. My hair already feels super healthy and textured. I’ve been receiving so many compliments since she did my hair. My blowout has lasted 4 days already 🥹 this girl’s hands are GIFTED 10/10

I cut my hair with the stylist Samantha and she was soo amazing, she cut my hair exactly like how I wanted and even better. I’m definitely coming back to her, also she uses the best smelling products and gives such good blowouts!!
