So again I go into this location store# 1505 in Austell get to the counter to check out with the cashier Destiny while ringing me up cashier Destiny says Ma'am you're suppose to take the the shopping cart back where you got it from I said oh really, Manager Rachel walks up tell the cashier Destiny that you're suppose to tell the customers to return the carts back outside cashier responds I did tell the customer not knowing that I was the customer as a frequent customer there has been a lot of turnover in this store thanks to the very mean and rude manager Rachel who thinks she's the owner is so nachalant with customers with no personality this store Sucks!!!!!!And so does Rachel the so call Manager. This is not TJ Maxx this post is intended for Maxway in Austell off of Veterans.

At times, this location has not had enough staff to handle checkout, but that's usually only around the holiday season. Otherwise, the store is kept in order, prices and tags are clear and reasonable, and check out is easy. I've been impressed with the amount of top brands this location had in stock and the variety of sizes they offer. This is definitely in my top 5 spots for shopping needs.

I usually like coming here, but the dressing room attendant was rude and dismissive. There was a very rude lady that cut in front of me at the dressing room line, the staff lady just let her cut in front of me, and gave her a number for her items. I had to say “I was here first, you didn’t see me?” Then she acknowledges me, I’m not one to throw color out there… but let’s just say it was suspicious.

This is honestly the cleanest, most organized and well stocked TJ Maxx I’ve been to. I always leave with something nice. It’s way better than the TJ Maxx/Home Goods in Smyrna.

I usually enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx, but my recent visit was disappointing due to the behavior of the older woman working in the fitting room department. She was noticeably rude and seemed uninterested in doing her job. Any time a customer left items behind that didn’t fit, she would complain out loud instead of simply handling it professionally.
She wasn’t helpful when I or any other customer asked questions and had a passive-aggressive attitude throughout the interaction with her. At times, she would speak under her breath in patois, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the store staff seemed friendly, but this experience in the fitting room really affected the overall visit.
TJ Maxx should really consider better training or reassignment for employees who clearly don’t want to be there.

The cashier was rude! The middle age guy, the one wearing the tiny lense glasses. I not sure of his name I know it starts with a R. He talks way to much especially when the line is long and he stand there talking. Go meet people when you are not working because you seems very lonely.

I went to my local TJMaxx that I frequent often and my experience today was horrible. As I’m browsing, I notice an associate hanging around and watching me. Every isle I go to she’s there and she’s not working just watching me. I was completely disgusted by her behavior and didn’t end up purchasing anything.

The store always has good stuff but the line to check out is either insanely long or not long at all. Today I stood in a very long line that for 5-10 minutes did not budge so I walked over the the jewelry counter and the lady who had NO OTHER CUSTOMERS there would not let me check out. I put my basked of items down and walked out the store, or I would have been late to a client meeting.
