i’m visiting from florida, the nicest lady i think was the manager she has glasses and a cute accent my moms age like 40 maybe she’s literally saved me lol long story short was so kind in helping me find my lost items, she didn’t have to go out of her way for me she followed up asap by calling from when i gave her my number, she had empathy because i mentioned i can’t fly back home without my I.D. my key fobs etc will forever be a core memory from my trip to georgia lol

The manager, the assistant manager and the associate in register# 6 provided an excellent customer service. Particularly the manager which I regret not taking her name down but I hope management recognizes her and her teamwork who made sure to satisfy a long term customer. I was there today Friday September 29th, 2023 at 11 AM. I look forward to seing these folks again. Thanks again for the great customer service you provided today.

I can always find a real bargain, one of a kind and at a great price. Don't go in for just one thing bcuz you'll always find more than you bargained for. In a good way, of course. I get a feeling of euphoria when I discover a great find. That means the price was right, a quality product and I'm never in the checkout line for long.

The people who work there are very nice and helpful. My issue is mainly that every time I go to look for plus size clothing, I feel TJ Maxx let's me down often but Marshall's typically has what I need. But the purses and home goods sections are nice

You can usually find some treasures at T.J. Maxx, although I like their sister stores better.

This store has nothing in comparison to other locations, absolutely nothing.

Very disorganized and low inventory compared to other TJ Maxx stores. It's also difficult to find an associate for help on the floor. I assume, since I'm rarely asked if I'd like to open a rewards card, that this is due to low corporate presence/oversight.
