“Spring break March 2024, and my minivan's transmission dies on a Friday evening as we are travelling to Florida. Every place is closed and we are in a very vulnerable situation. The next morning I start looking for transmission shops. 48 Transmission Services is one of the few places open in the area on a Saturday. I stop by and talk with Jose and explain my situation. Jose quotes me a price, and a delivery date that aligns with our travel plans and tells me not to worry about a thing and enjoy my vacation. We rented a vehicle and left our van in his hands. Jose worked on a holiday, Good Friday, so that he would be present for us to pick up our car on our return trip. If I was living in this area, Jose would be my new Mechanic! This guy is a respectable and trustworthy person, with a deep knowledge, skill set and fair prices. He went above and beyond any shop I have utilized ever. I don't think I can capture in words the amount of gratitude I have towards this man. Mil Gracias Jose!”
