This location have lazy staff, I came to pickup my FedEx package 4:45 on 6/18/2025 & the employee (John) with glasses by the photo area told me he couldn’t find my package & it wasn’t delivered… I asked for another employee to help he insisted that my package wasn’t at the store even though my tracking showed it was delivered. I asked him what is the protocol when they receive packages… he walked away to get The other lady came from the back… she came with the scanner & asked fr my tracker number, looked for my package & said it wasn’t in the store.. I asked her was the package scanned in, she said yes… so I told her then it’s in the store look again. She looked again & found my package on the shelf.. simply looking would’ve prevented this terrible review. Employee needs to be retrained on FEDEX protocol. If a package is scanned in then it’s in the store. Saddest part the store wasn’t even busy at the time.! Requested the store manager Chris he was not available .

I hate this pharmacy… literally. They’re the closest to my home, but if you could pick your prescription up off the Cobb parkway location, I promise you, you’re better off than playing tag with this pharmacy. You’ll be on hold, always, there’s never enough staff to help, there’s always a wait, or they just don’t have the prescription in stock.

Came in the store today to send money through Western Union, kiosk was giving me a hard time. Associate Angel was very short with me, try to send me to another store without giving me assistance. Another Associate Debbie overheard our conversation and apologized on her behalf many times and assisted me in sending the money. No need to go to another store, Angel's service or lack thereof, is the reason I would not come back to this location. Customer service is not hard, being a decent human is not hard, the goal is to help the customer not alienating them and sending them elsewhere when its convenient. Very disappointed in the service.

What exactly is the point of making an appointment if you’re going to make someone who is sick wait nearly half an hour before getting to them? Instead, the pharmacy leaves them to sit and potentially infect others.
You’re better off going anywhere else.

This pharmacy is beyond sub-par. My wife and I went to have covid tests and they were unprofessional and had no clue what they were doing. The results were a positive and a false negatives. At home tests both came back positive within seconds. We were told by the pharmacy tech that the piedmont clinic in the Walgreens could provide us with a treatment plan just to later be told by the piedmont staff that they are not affiliated with Walgreens. This was a waste of time, patience, and money. If negative stars were possible, they would get -5 stars! Avoid this pharmacy AT ALL COSTS!!!

This was definitely my favorite Walgreens location. I haven't been there in quite some time, but I used to go into this location at least 3 or 4 times a week. They have great snack aisles and they are always bright and clean. I could always find my favorites. Specifically the chewy twizzlers. OMG, the strawberry/lemon pack ✌??

I usually visit this particular location at least three or four times a week sometimes, and it is one of my favorite locations however they just need to hire more employees. They're never is enough cashiers to check people out which create long lines. Otherwise the store is clean, if there is anything needed the staff on duty are very customer service friendly and willing to help.

I would give negative stars if I could. This pharmacy is an utter joke. They will keep you waiting for hours while the staff hide in the back goofing off like middle school kids. The only reason I came here was because Thomas Drugs was closed for Christmas. I will not be coming back here again. Stay away!
