It’s 940 on a Saturday morning. Not a soul is at the store. The outside says they open at 9. It’s me and an older gentleman waiting outside. Definitely not a good look. Feels like it’ll be this same with service inside. UPDATE: OMG. The lights are off but the door is unlocked. I called and no answer. The alarm is going off.. an older gentleman walked in and the products are open for taking. This is not a good look at all. Wonder if someone just quit on the spot.

Went in there to get a watch battery because their web site said they change watch batteries. They had the battery and popped the back of the watch off and changed it. Then the fun starts. They could not get the watch put back together. They give it back to me in pieces and say maybe a jewelry store can fix it. They tell me at least they are not charging me for the battery!. I called the company CS line and they say go back to the store and they will refund the cost of the watch (20 bucks at Walmart). I go there and owner says he does not agree with the email corporate sent him and he will only refund half the cost. I call CS again with his new offer and they say go back and get the full refund. I go back and get the full 20.Never again will I use that place.

Dropped my Galaxy Note 5 off to have a battery replaced, which I did not think could be done. But a friend informed me that it could be done, and that Batteries Plus could do it, and they did. Now my 3 and a half year old phone should last at least another 3 years. Thank you BATTERIES PLUS.???
