Wells Fargo in general has the worst customer service I have ever seen. From getting a loan to having scheduled appointments cancelled after waiting an hour, I’ve never had a good experience. I can’t urge strongly enough not to use this bank

These people literally wasted half an hour of my time. I got there and waited in line to be told to use the atm outside. I got outside and the atm is broken. I was told to go through the drive thru. I did that. Then came back inside for small bills, to only be told that they couldn’t give me $1 bills. I WASTED SO MUCH TIME. This branch is trash.

Do not waste time with WF. If you want to get insulted by cockroaches working there , your choice, most disrespectful bank to deal with. Find local credit union banks, see the difference.

I had a very bad experience in this Wells Fargo branch. I was trying to cash a check that normally goes right through on mobile banking but unfortunately, the algorithm of the photo could not determine the correct amount of the check. So I went into this branch. Unfortunately, the only Teller who was available to help everyone in the branch did not know what to do to help me. Another three individuals came out of the back office But were unwilling to help. Because they were focused on something else even though my teller was trying to ask them questions. I was a little bit irritated by the policy of putting a hold on a check that normally goes right through with mobile banking. But my biggest issue was not just me being ignored but my teller being ignored and having to call one of the Customer Service Bankers over to assist. On top of that my 7-year-old needed to use the restroom and the time of being waited on seemed like an eternity to be able to talk to anyone.

I have spoken about this matter several times, I have my card turned off and they continued to run my card which causes me to continue to have to pay overdraft fees, Everytime that I speak with them they tell me that this won't happen but it continues to happen. I've been with them for 14 years but now I have to change banks.

My husband tried to cash a check from one of his customers today. The teller told him we didn't have enough in our checking account to cover it but they did not bother to look at our savings or investment accounts which had "all" our money/savings. We have never kept a lot in our checking account so we can take adva and of interest rates in our other accounts. She went so far as to call over another person and they slipped him a note saying we didn't have the funds. How dare them treat him like this! This branch has become the worst one I have ever seen. I will be transferring our accounts to another institution. So sad these people are so rude to their very long time customers.

Lately this bank has not been treating its clients well. According to me now I had an appointment at 11 and when I arrived, no, it was at 10:30 so I would return. I would have to make another appointment that would make you waste time at work. everything wasted gas and so they wouldn't attend to it last week I had it in Izmir and the same thing they couldn't attend to me because I don't know where in the world I had the appointment I should make another one What is happening with these people What do they have in mind the head lately lately pure losses with this bank

Ok. Wells Fargo is not a great customer oriented bank. But, the folks in this branch will take the time to get you set up, explain everything and answer questions you have. Bruce N. is a real pro and I always enjoy working with him.
