Ok. Wells Fargo is not a great customer oriented bank. But, the folks in this branch will take the time to get you set up, explain everything and answer questions you have. Bruce N. is a real pro and I always enjoy working with him.

My God who hired these people??? I agree with the other reviews. I have NEVER experience such incompetence and lack of care. These people made an appointment for me to render a power of attorney to them for the nine millionth time and then had the audacity to call me and tell me they had no time to help me as it would take an hour to render a power of attorney to them and they booked the appointment for 4:30p.m. when they close at 5:00 p.m. Do you people receive any training or can anyone or anything work there because my dog has good sense and he needs a job.I have submitted the Power of attorney several times as I said above and they told me it was only good for one account, what are they talking about, a power of attorney is good for every account the account holder has at Chase bank, Navy Federal and any other bank I have had to render a POA to.Seriously, please hire people who have a brain, people who care and people who are competent in their jobs or just close down!!!I am a licensed California realtor...you would NEVER hire me if I render such pitiful service and just kept doing like they did and saying they are sorry, well they are and I didn't say it they did!Hate I moved here I hate incompetence and have difficulty dealing with sorry people.

We as a customer have to endure so much disrespect from the branch manager sure a business should not have to drop their deposits at night when is not safe or is very harmful for us to drop money or business deposits at a late night but yet and still we get issues from the bank because we do not make the night drops. I didn’t think it makes a difference we’re a customer and if we are bringing deposits to be deposited for our company we should be able to and not when you guys want us to. Someone should look into this because it’s not safe it’s like they are forcing us to be set up for failure. This is the only branch that we have to go through this with this particular location.

Never never never never open a business account here! This bank is beyond an below a one star! Came to make a deposit for a business I was told by surik that I have to make night deposits. Never in my three decades of life have I ever heard that doing a night deposit for a job is SAFE FIRST AN FOREMOST nor is it protocol I will be fired! I then attempted to ask another teller could he do my deposit Surik told him he better not do my deposit I then asked for her boss she said I am the boss an like I said I’m only doing one deposit I’ve been working at my job for 16 years I have never been turned away for trying to make a deposit for a million dollar business that makes over 60k deposits at this particular branch every week! From reading the reviews I see that nothing will be done AT ALL. So moving forward I called my district manager an told him to never subject me to this type of behavior customer service etc again! He said no problem we will be switching banks an not only for the particular establishment I work at but multiple! Millions of dollars possibly lost for poor customer service ! This world is like a twilight zone these ppl in these lead roles have no sense of people pride humanity! You can be taught a skill but nobody can teach you how to be a good. Person ! I’m disgusted with wells fargo

Bruce was a terrible experience and employee to the whole branch of Wells Fargo I came in for an appointment at 1 PM to arrange my father’s account after his passing he decided not to even show up to work, and they canceled my appointment and wasted my entire day off and sent me home. They rescheduled me for a time the following day I wasn’t even 10 minutes late and Bruce decided to tell me that he had no time for me and was overwhelmed while the entire bank was empty, there was no one there. and instead of offering me the opportunity to work with me had i patiently waited He told me to come back again for a third day in a row tomorrow morning, as if my whole week revolved around his schedule. They didn’t even call me to let me know that my appointment was canceled her that no one was able to help me with my appointment and made me waste an entire trip out there. I wouldn’t go to this bank it is incredibly understaffed it is very dirty. It is very unprofessional. It is very unorganized. Worst banking experience I’ve ever had to this day. Thanks to Bruce

The drive through is EXTREMELY slow. Adriana working the drive only had three vehicles however, me and the other vehicle waited 20+ minutes. While waiting several other staff members walked around and conversed with her and each other. Maybe they could have helped complete the transaction to keep us customers from waiting. (This is not the first time I have experienced long wait times at this facility)

I should have looked at the reviews before trying to open our business account here. Horrible reviews equal to waist of time! We showed up with everything and ready but apparently because we had a name change on our company we obviously get a disclosure letter and its going to be under the same control number because it’s the same account so the control # is going to be the same REGARDLESS! The have a letter with the disclosure the day the name was changed and a certificate dated after the name change of approval dated after the disclosure. And I showed her on the secretary of state account showed our business is ACTIVE. So because it wasn’t clear to her and she did not understand these letters to if our business is active or not. Why work there of your so clueless and don’t understand when it’s more than clear?!

Disgusting customer service from Carmen Cantero NMLS ID 1609619. She is rude without even giving you the opportunity to speak or provide reason for coming into the branch. This is the 2nd experience with this person. She don’t deserve any role when dealing with customers!!!! I will escalate to corporate as she needs a new job elsewhere!! She is clearly not customer service worthy!!!

So i go there after work to deposit my check, before doin that I even tried to deposit on the app. The photo below shows the error message. Then i called the 1-800 customer service number. They told me that I wasn’t the only customer who had this problem and they couldn’t do anything about it. I been with this bank since 2017, and never had any problems.

It's 2:24pm I've been standing since 1:57pm. There is only 1 teller with a line of 14 people and 5 bankers that can't help. How do you operate s business in such manner. You are closed Sundays and only operate until 4pm. Staffing should not be a issue and covid is not a valid reason.

I only go here because I have to. I missed my appt by 30 min and would understand if they were busy. No one was in there but I get “ we will have to check our calendar” NOONE IS IN THE BANK how long does it really take to open a savings account for an existing customer. Oh and no wellsfargo banks answer their phones. What a joke

This bank has horrible customer service. I have never had an issue with Wells Fargo bank until walking into this branch. I wish i would have got names to mention but I didn’t from being so shocked how rude three different staff was. Maybe I should have wore a suit or something to get more respect. I would never go there again. They need training. And maybe even shut it down.
