“I don’t write many reviews and felt compelled to write this. I won’t go anywhere else for tires. I had an issue with how something was handled with my car and the way the owner handled it was with a service level you won’t find anywhere else. They go out of their way to make anything right and do right by the customer. Trustworthy and honest. If you’re looking for a place to get tires, stop looking and go here. Plus they are very fast and transparent with wait time, unlike most places in atlanta.”

There have been times when I couldn't afford their price and they've referred me to another business who could and did quality work. “I bought my 1989 Jeep Cherokee new, I have been able to keep it in the garage so it's in great shape. Even though I'm old and feeble now, it's still a blast to drive a 5 speed stick, it's the only excercise I get. I was bummed when it didn't pass emissions. The good folks at the emissions center give you 10 days to fix your vehicle and have it tested again for free, otherwise you have to pay the $25 testing fee again. Being on a fixed income, I didn't want to pay the darn fee again. I quit working on my vehicles several years ago when I would cause more problems than I could fix, so I called my mechanic but he said he was slammed and wouldn't be able to get me in until the middle of July. I tried my backup mechanic but he couldn't get me in until after the 10 day grace period. I checked the emissions center website and they said Collins Automotive & Metalworks has repaired vehicles for emissions failure, so I called them and Loy said they were busier than a one-armed monkey with two bananas, but they were able to squeeze me in, in a couple days. They quickly found and replaced a failed oxygen sensor and I was able to retest in the alotted time period. My old Jeep passed with flying colors. “I moved to Atlanta a couple of months ago and was nervous to look for a mechanic when my front tires started making a high-pitched metallic grinding noise. I googled "mom and pop mechanics Atlanta" and D.O.G. Automotive was towards the top of the list that appeared and they had great reviews. I called, left a voicemail, and they returned my call within an hour or so. Due to the issue (needed new brake pads) Blandon offered to squeeze me into the busy schedule. When I arrived he explained everything to me from the process of what he would be doing, to the pricing; the turnaround time was quick, to boot. “My Minicooper never bothered me for many years until recently the check engine light was on. I went to our local shop where I usually do my oil change and was told they didn't have a certified technician to do German cars and was recommended to dealer to check it. Fortunately, my friend recommended to Ming's auto service. When I got there the owner Vincent used his special machine to try to find why the light was on and luckily, he found it. He immediately ordered the part for me and asked me to come on next day. My car was fixed on next day without any problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the detail to me why the engine light was on. He didn't charge me diagnosis fee and the price for fixing the issue is very reasonable. “While driving in December, my 2012 Outback’s engine temperature light started flashing blue and red. After pulling over and opening the hood, I realized that there was no coolant in the reservoir but I couldn’t identify a leak. I’ve had horrible luck with auto repairs in the past in Decatur, so I spent a significant amount of time researching before bringing the car to Six Star Service. After reading the reviews and hearing from friends that this is definitely the place to go, I brought my car in. The team at Six Star talked me through what they thought was best for the car and gave me different options of repairs for different price points, which was very appreciated. They had my car in and out in two days for a very reasonable price and kept me in the loop the entire time. I never felt like I was being spoken down to by the staff here. I will continue coming here for maintenance and repairs as long as the team at Six Star is here!”

“I woke up with a vehicle emergency (my battery light kept flashing and it was slowly loosing power). After a quick google search I found Almost Auto Service. After reading their reviews I decidedto call and see when I could bring in myvehicle. I was so relieved when I was told Icould bring it in the same day. I arrived withinthe hour and they took me immediately. Notlong after they figured out the problem, it wasmy alternator. When I say they were fast ? Everything was done with in 2 hours of me bringing in my van, they also didan oil change. Everyone I spoke with was Extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. “This is my favorite tire shop I was in the worst position not one tire shop had my tire style or size for my Benz. I called and spoke to Jenae she was the absolute best she located my tire to be delivered in the AM no other shop could locate this tire she allowed me to leave my car and guaranteed she would lock it inside that night because my tire kept going flat she called me soon as it came in the next morning and had my car ready by 1pm. I recommend this shop to get you right in the Buckhead area.”
“I took my used ( but new to me) Mini to Sport Motoring as I had a BMW software issue only a specialist could fix. Not only did they fix my issue, they corrected a few other large issues and worked with my warranty company to get most of it covered. “I had a horrible 18hrs of people cancelling tows, delaying etas. I called and spoke with Martin who assigned me CJ. CJ has phenomenal customer service . He called immediately and said he would be here in 30s mins ! Had no issues getting the car out of a low clearance parking garage and parked the car where I wanted in my complex. Will definitely be calling again ! My tow was from midtown Atlanta to Buckhead atlanta”
