The owner is an exceptional human being, super, kind, and communicative, who treats everyone with respect and goes above and beyond. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, including outstanding teachers. Their luthier does fantastic, honest work with integrity, doing what is best for the instrument. While some repair jobs can have a long timeline, regular setups and less involved repairs seem to have quick turnaround. It is a place where you can get the job done right and it is worth the wait.
