Rude as hell. I called to make sure my time sensitive package wasn’t just sitting at their post office and the lady who answered the phone was beyond rude. Told me that it’s a “rule” to scan in packages as soon as they arrive but that’s not always the case for me. I’ve had packages arrive that weren’t scanned in.

Not one employee here is qualified and at best does there job half the time starting at the top every employee needs fired and replaced.
