I want to express my appreciation for the patience and incredible customer service that Nick the manager displayed to me. He went over and beyond to help me no matter the length of time it toke to resolve the issue. I live in Moultrie and will gladly drive over and hour to receive the exceptional customer service that he provides! Thank you Nick for always providing the caliber of customer service that you always do! Go see Nick in Bainbrige!

The employees at this particular location are lack luster at best. Their attitudes appear to be that customers are inconvenient. When the manager doesn't know how to fix a situation with an att phone and basically says you'll just have to call customer service, that pretty much tells me that I'm with the wrong cell company. Verizon will call customer service and work until the issue is resolved.

Love this store every time I come in I’m greeted with a big welcome. Came in for a charger and instantly greeted by the whole store will return if I need anything else

My fiancé got a phone from his boss as a work bonus, he went to AT&T because that’s who the phone is through and he needed to get it fixed, AT&T refused to help him and took his SIM card from his personal, working, cellphone and threw it away and would not give it back and refused to help him further until he got his boss up there to resolve the issue. So now he doesn’t have a single working phone.

Most of the time there's a wait. Great atmosphere. My only complaint is AT&T billing slowly grows in cost.i have. One phone and it cost me just about 100.. monthly now.
