First time visiting this place. The guy that started my nails was very rough. Nicked my cuticles on 4 different fingers. But Kim took over finished the job to perfection and apologized for the dude's roughness. Kim did an amazing job though can not praise her enough

Paid $60 for my eyebrows and eyelashes to be done. Not satisfied at all!!! My left side has come off from the inner corner to the middle of the eye within 6 hours. Right side looks good and even but left is horrible. Would never get my eyelashes done here again. Nails are always on point tho.

Got a pedicure and it was great, not at through as I needed but it was ok. However, I got acrylic nails and they fell off a week after having them. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Basic pedicure with gel polish removal. Tech didn’t buff or file nails to shape $30. I had to come home to file & shape. I requested no polish. My husband’s tech was thorough, he got VIP $45. He says his service was “ Exhilarating”. Very long wait to get my husband started. The facility wasn’t sanitary.

Vicki is amazing!! Love my nails!! She can do anything you show her and add her own touch! Her staff is also amazing and they work hard to make you look like a queen when you leave there!

The last 2 times I've gone the tech hurt my toes so bad!! It was 2 different woman. The first did not do the best job painting my toenails after she cut my toe. The one this time did a great job painting but she cut more than 1 of my toes. While removing my old gel polish she kept slipping off the nail with the sander thing. Then she skipped my lotion, hot towels, and massage during my pedicure!!! The hot towels and massage are the main reason I go!! When she did the sea salt scrub she just slapped it on my legs then immediately washed it off. Maybe she was new I'm not sure.
