First I want to thank God.
On Thursday 10/30/2025 near closing I took my car for a brake replacement. They keep it until closing Friday. After riding around for a few minutes, I noticed my brakes sounded very bad. It was closing time so I took it back on Monday 11/03/2025 between 5:00pm and 5:30pm.
When I arrived Monday, my car was still parked in an OSHA area (the working area). I was told it had been tested and was ready. I got in, I put it in reverse, and my car started rolling backwards so fast. I pressed the brake and it went to the floor (no resistance). I was in complete panic mode. I was so scared. As I realized that I was about to roll into the road, I felt hopeless. My fiancée used her SUV to block me from getting hit by oncoming traffic. At that time I slammed my car into park to stop it as it had already rolled into the 4 lane road.
My fiancé was visibly upset and was yelling for help. These people just stood there like they were watching a movie. No reaction, no remorse, just total disdain.
I am have flashbacks, my neck hurts, and I can’t sleep. This was one of the most scariest moments in my life. I thought I was dead.
I don’t know these people personally. I had never been there before. I was just giving them the benefit of the doubt. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! 🚨
Other Questionable actions:
- man was trying to see who was dropping me off the very first time I left my car. He seemed to be very interested in who I was with. She would not roll her window down He made it his business to see who was dropping me off by walking over to have meaningless conversation.
- The way some of them left there so quickly
- not receiving an explanation from management

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! After day Two of messing up my sister's vehicle she almost lost her life due to the negligence of the people who worked on her car on 11/3/2025. She went to pick up her car as Justin Downing told her it was ready, when she put the car in reverse it wouldn't stop and the car rolled out onto hwy 84 continuing to gain speed as she rolled in reverse into on coming traffic. She continued to mash her brakes but nothing stopped her car until she put the gear in park causing her to jerk and get whiplash and becoming very dizzy and nauseated. Finally after yelling for assistance she was told that they forgot to tell her to bleed her brakes. Tell her to bleed the brakes What? Is this not included in the service? Is this the customer's job? This can't be okay!!! Is this how paying customers are treated at this establishment? My sister is traumatized by this disgusting experience to almost lose her life to someones carelessness is egregious! This place does not care about its customers to not do your due diligence to keep your customers safe is sickening and heartbreaking to say the least. How do you sleep at night knowing you are putting your clients lives in danger?

Don’t ever take your car to get worked on here your better off fixing it yourself my mama and my step mom could’ve lost there life to careless people that are just money hungry probably don’t have no license high off who knows what etc it’s unprofessional and unacceptable !!!

🚨 🚨 Be careful here. My friend car didn’t stop when she picked it up. She had no control of the brakes and her car rolled into a busy 4 lane road. Very scary to see. They staff, and I mean every single one, just stood there and watched without acting. It appears this was criminal. He said “he forgot to tell you to pump the brakes” smh Someone there has hate in their heart. Be careful of the men there trying to see who’s driving the drop off vehicle. Very weird and scary situation Car had been there on Thursday, Friday and Monday.
Honestly, I have never seen some do such poor work, act nonchalant, then blame the customer for not completing the act of pumping brakes. This was disheartening, disappointing, and overwhelming. I have never been so afraid of losing someone in my life. She rolled into traffic. One crew left on a truck at a high rate of speed. The others just stood there as I hollered for help. I could not believe my eyes. I don’t want to get into specifics or speculation, but I do want you to understand that what I witnessed appeared criminal and reckless. It’s a NO for me and mines.

The worse tire shop in Bainbridge . The white guys in the office always got an attitude . When you drop your car off it takes them days to do it. Not only that they don't never call you to get your vehicle back or even PICK UP THE PHONE

I came in after getting ran off into a ditch and had a tire blown that made the vehicle undriveable. I was on a time crunch that day and had to remotely get the vehicle towed there while I was at a doctor’s appointment. They were able to give me a quick quote and accommodate me and work on it while I was at the doctor’s appointment, and the vehicle was done by the time I came back. There was about an hour wait before my vehicle was able to get serviced, but that made sense seeing as it was during an afternoon rush and I didn’t schedule an appointment. After my doctor’s appointment, all I had to do was pay and pick up the keys, no real wait time whatsoever. The cost was very reasonable. The tire was a little more expensive ($30 more) than I normally see, but that made sense since they had to special order it (which I requested a few days before), and it was still within my budget. Tire was $285 (light truck tire) and total cost was $333.80, well under what I was prepared to pay. I checked the tire after installation and it looked good, and it drove well too. My only thing is they didn’t automatically include an alignment in the coat, so they didn’t do one, so I’ll have to go back and ask for one, but that’s no biggie. I’m just glad that I have a drivable vehicle again. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the process and result.
