Customer experiences vary; some report helpful and professional staff who go the extra mile, offering delivery and installation services that do an outstanding job. Others have encountered instances where appliance workers were inattentive. While sometimes you must hunt for customer service, it is generally a great place where you will find what you need or they will order it for you.
