Two of the tax preparation ladies there were diligently working to meet the needs of those they were helping as well as those in the waiting area. Even though there was a mix-up in my appointment date, I was taken in and my paperwork was completed and filed in a timely manner.

We used this location this year because we’ve had no issue in the past. The lady doing our taxes messed up twice before getting everything were the irs would accept our return. Well we got a letter stating our taxes were under review and we would hear back in 60 days. Today we get another letter stating they need an additional 60 days because of mistakes made in the schedule c form they filled on my ministry taxes. We were told they knew how to do ministry taxes, but they do not, and their error on mine is costing us. To be charged over 500 bucks and have this happen is ridiculous, so please avoid these preparers if you have anything but W2’s!!By the way, the lady that did our taxes called my wife and blamed us, after my wife told them we did not want to talk to her, saying we were denied child tax credit before and didn’t tell her. That is untrue, we’ve never been debited child tax credit or earned income. I should not be charged when they messed up!!
