Sold a us disable veteran a car and she went and had it checked by a parts house the catalyst convertor is bad and other issues when jimmys was called they refused to get it fixed then lied saying the car was perfect when the seats was ripped and other body damaged

Very rude people!!! They are far from easy to work with and get help from because of the negative attitudes towards their customers. I’d definitely recommend going somewhere else because they make those they talk to feel very belittled and useless because of how rude they can be towards them.

They are very rude and have horrible costumer service. You can tell they are only in this business for the money not to help those who get their cars towed here. I’d definitely say they should be put out of business if they don’t know how to do business.

If you are thinking about buying a car, go somewhere else! My finance has called Brian several times about getting the title to his car. He said he would call him back, he did not. I reached out, and I was told there are 10 titles that are up in the air, and he isn’t sure what is going on with them. It’s been months and still no answers. As an owner, if you know you owe 10 titles to people, wouldn’t you handle your business correctly and get the job done?!? The slowest McDonald’s runs business better than Brian! Obviously from the other bad reviews, my finance isn’t the only one that isn’t pleased with the customer service.

Bryan the owner is very rude and has terrible customer service. Not friendly at all. Only cares about money, not the people. JUST BE NICE TO PEOPLE. Obviously if my car got towed I'm already not having a great time, being rude only makes it worse!!!!

The guy who answers the phone is a jerk. 0 personality and rude. Ill take my heavily weighted wallet elsewhere. Perhaps some place the employees can count that high.
