During Hurricane Isaias, point broadband has left us with out WiFi for 24 hours so far. Unacceptable. We had no damage and electricity service was never lost. Why are we without service?
You cannot reach anyone at point broadband. Very poor service.

For countryside internet it works. You can expect regular service outages at least two times a week. Every time it storms internet is down. Not to mention the I t support team is not very educated on what they do. They are severely understaffed.

Waiting time to report outages was 3 hrs it was off more than on.
