They are very slow , my car went to the shop for overheating on June 12th 2023 and now it’s July 29th 2023 , every time me or my husband call , they say it’s go be another week or 2 ??♀️??♀️

If you want good professional Service and your vehicle that you use on a daily basis to be repaired efficiently and in a timely manner do not take it to this body shop. This body shop is one of the worst body shops on the face of the Earth. They are unable to repair the simplest of damages. Also Mark who appears to be the captain of this ship is clueless and oblivious to anything that goes on. He is unprofessional and refuses to speak with customers. There does not appear to be enough terrible things that I can say about this shop other than buyer beware.Services: Tires

Honestly, if there was an option for a negative number in stars, that is what this business would receive. My vehicle was sent here for repair after an accident that was no fault of ours. Every conversation with this business was something else needed. After a month and some change of it being in their shop we get back a 95 percent repaired vehicle. With the promise that it will be repaired in about a week. However I just know that my wife will tell me yet again that it could not be repaired and it will take more time maybe a week or more to fix it. If you find yourself in Bainbridge in need of any vehicle repair from cosmetic to engine to anything else do yourself a favor and drive past this shop and go to another.Also, mark is not a very professional person. He has to date refused to talk to me on the phone and has dodged me every step of the way.Honestly it's quite obvious that whoever is running this business or owns this business simply does not care. After reading a lot of the comments I see no follow-ups from the owner or anybody who operates this business. So like I said I think it's safe to say that they really don't care. If you are in search of a great body shop for your car that you use to transport your family safely take it to Martin's on Dothan highway I hear they will treat you right.Services: Tires

They kept my vehicle until I could pay the deductible. Minor work to properly align hood was needed. They did it while I waited. Very courteous staff.
