This mechanic Daryl Forbes is suppose to be a master mechanic. I had to bring my car back to the dealership 3 times for the same check engine light. They had my vehicle for over 6 months. I was finally told it was ready. As soon as I drove it, the check engine light came right back on. I also found personal mail of Daryl Forbes in my vehicle. Was he using my vehicle for personal use? I would stay clear of this dealership and especially Daryl Forbes.

Great Experience! Ask for Robby! I recently bought a used jeep at Riverbend Ford for my son (who is in college in Florida)…Home is in New York so you can imagine that there is process and coordination needed to make these things happen smoothly. We found the jeep online and i flew down to test drive and complete the transaction…It was a really smooth/ no pressure experience! Robby Gilliard not only helped us through the process but made it so convenient by even having the car delivered with paper work to my hotel in Tallahassee (which really helped with personal logistics that day)! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone similarly situated where you have a kid in college and you are out of state. BTW paper work and reg and tag was well handled and convenient. again Robby G was in touch and available for questions i had along the way! Also worth mentioning that the entire team also was good to work with!

Called for routine service with oil change and tire rotation. They were able to schedule me for an appt for that very same day. Once I arrived it took less time than expected for my vehicle to be serviced. Great service!

Called about this truck and was told this was the wrong price. Went up $20,000 over the phone. Although it is listed for $109,000 on market place.
Then to make up for their mistake was offered $24,000 for a 2024 ford transit van with 6,000 miles on it. They tried to make up the difference on my trade. I will take a semi load of transit vans for that price.
