Bainbridge Mall is a great place for family shopping with a great selection and competitive pricing, including some really great sales. There is a large parking lot with plenty of space, and it features clothing outlets, a credit union, and a good little Chinese restaurant. The customer service at the shoe department is often described as amazing, sweet, welcoming, and helpful, with some of the best employees providing outstanding service. However, when there are only two sales associates for the large space, customers can't get assistance and face long checkout lines, which is especially difficult for returns. While this particular shoe department does not have the best selection, it remains a good spot for a quick shopping trip in a helpful atmosphere.
