The customer service at shoe dept in Bainbridge, Ga was so amazing. The manager Ms. Olivia was so sweet and welcoming and tons of help. So was the young gentleman Michael. Outstanding job guys. 10stars !

I always love the workers. Very good conversations and good helpful atmosphere. This particular shoe dept does not have the best selection. I usually go to the one in Marianna, FL, but for a quick shoe shopping trip, this isn't a bad spot!

This store has some cute shoes but the sales associates are a different story. It has been over a year since I was last in there and it will be quite a while before I go back in there again. It all has to do with them asking for phone number and then your name. The first time I gave my name the associate burst out laughing, and then yesterday when I gave my name the associate had a big smile and I was waiting for her the laugh too. I didn't think it was funny either time. I felt offended both times. Your associates seriously need sensitivity training or quit asking for names. I will go back to Belk like I did before

I was given a pair of shoes as a gift that were too big. I NEVER wore them because they didn't fit me. The manager turned up her nose at me and said that I had worn them and when I told her no, I hadn't she just said that she would let me exchange them this one time and then dismissed me. I did take a while to find a pair to exchange them for, because I didn't want to have to come back if they weren't right. I heard loud conversations between her and the associate working with her, and I was made to feel like I was trying to steal because I was being watched like a criminal. When I went to the counter to check out, the associate didn't even look me in my face, nor did he speak to me, except to tell me to get something else to make the exchange even. Definitely won't be returning to this store!
